Start at Chaweng Beach, one of the most popular areas in Koh Samui. Head west along the beach road towards Chaweng Noi. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction of Chaweng Beach Road and the road leading to the Big Buddha. Take a left onto the road towards Big Buddha and continue walking for approximately 1.5 km. Look out for local signs directing you to Khun Si Viewpoint as you approach the area. You may need to ask locals for directions, as it can be a bit tricky. Once you get closer, you will see a path leading uphill; follow this to reach the viewpoint.

Using a Motorcycle Taxi
From wherever you are in Koh Samui, find a motorcycle taxi stand or flag down a motorcycle taxi. Tell the driver you want to go to Khun Si Viewpoint, which is also known for its scenic views. The driver will know the location. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point. Please ensure you have a helmet and stay safe during the ride.

Locate a Songthaew (shared taxi) on the main road, especially near popular areas like Chaweng or Lamai. These vehicles are typically colored red. You can tell the driver you want to go to Khun Si Viewpoint, or you can ask to be dropped off at the nearest point to the viewpoint. Once dropped off, you may need to walk about 20-30 minutes uphill to reach the viewpoint. Keep an eye out for signs or locals who can guide you further.
