If you're driving, start from any location in Koh Yao Noi and head towards the main road leading to the pier. Follow the signs to the ferry terminal where you will catch a boat to Koh Yao Yai. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Koh Yao Yai, continue to drive towards the south of the island. Follow the signs towards 'Kohyao Island Safari' which is located at 21 Ko Yao Yai, Ko Yao District, Phang-nga 82160. Make sure to check the ferry schedule as the last ferry back to Koh Yao Noi typically departs in the evening.

Public Transportation (Songthaew)
For those using public transportation, start at your accommodation in Koh Yao Noi and find a local Songthaew (shared taxi) that operates towards the ferry terminal. The ride to the terminal will cost you around 30-50 THB. Once at the terminal, buy your ferry ticket to Koh Yao Yai, which costs approximately 100-150 THB, and board the ferry. Upon arrival at Koh Yao Yai, you can either walk or take another Songthaew to Kohyao Island Safari located at 21 Ko Yao Yai. Ensure to confirm the Songthaew routes with the driver, as they may vary.

If you prefer a more private experience, you can hire a taxi to take you directly to the ferry terminal in Koh Yao Noi. The taxi ride will cost around 200-300 THB. After reaching the terminal, purchase a ferry ticket to Koh Yao Yai. Once on the island, you can arrange for a local taxi or a motorbike rental to reach Kohyao Island Safari, which is approximately a 15-minute drive from the ferry port.
