Long-Tail Boat
From Krabi Town, head to the Krabi Pier. You can get there by walking or taking a local tuk-tuk. Once at the pier, look for long-tail boats that go directly to Khao Khanab Nam. The boat ride typically lasts about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the price beforehand, but expect to pay around 100-150 THB per person. The long-tail boats will take you near the base of the cliffs where you can enjoy the stunning views.
Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
From Krabi Town, locate the Songthaew station, usually found near the bus terminal or along major roads. Board a Songthaew that is heading to Ao Nang or Klong Muang Beach; tell the driver you want to stop at Khao Khanab Nam. The fare is typically around 30-50 THB. After about a 20-minute ride, ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Khao Khanab Nam. From there, it's a short walk to the viewpoint.
Walking from Krabi Town
If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore, you can walk to Khao Khanab Nam from Krabi Town. Start at the Krabi Walking Street or the Krabi River, and head towards the Pak Nam area. Follow the signs towards Khao Khanab Nam, which is about 3 kilometers away. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes, providing you with a chance to see local shops and eateries along the way. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
