If you are driving, start from the center of Chiang Mai. Head north on Ratchadamnoen Road towards Tha Phae Gate. Once you reach Tha Phae Gate, turn left onto Tha Phae Road. Continue on Tha Phae Road for about 500 meters, and you will see Wat Saen Fang on your right at 188 Tha Phae Road. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees.

Public Transportation - Songthaew
You can take a red songthaew (a shared taxi) from anywhere in Chiang Mai. Look for songthaews that display 'Old City' on the front. They usually operate on fixed routes around the city. Ask the driver to drop you off at Tha Phae Gate. From there, walk approximately 500 meters east along Tha Phae Road until you reach Wat Saen Fang on your right. The fare is typically around 30-40 THB per person.

Public Transportation - Tuk-Tuk
If you prefer a more private option, you can hire a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver to take you to Wat Saen Fang at 188 Tha Phae Road. It's advisable to negotiate the fare before you start, which should be around 100-150 THB from the Old City area. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are already in the Old City, walking to Wat Saen Fang is a pleasant option. From Tha Phae Gate, head east on Tha Phae Road for about 500 meters.
