From Loei town, take a local bus (songthaew) heading towards Tha Li. The bus station is located near the Loei Provincial Hall. Ensure to ask the driver if they are going to Tha Li. The fare is usually around 30-50 THB. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Tha Li, you will need to find another songthaew or a motorbike taxi that can take you to Huai Khrai Waterfall.

Once you reach Tha Li, look for motorbike taxi drivers near the bus station. You can negotiate the fare, which should be around 100-150 THB for a one-way trip to Huai Khrai Waterfall. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Provide the driver with the GPS coordinates or the address: GFG8+WX5, Khok Yai, Tha Li, Loei, Khok Yai.

If you are feeling adventurous and would like to hike, after getting off the bus in Tha Li, you can walk towards Huai Khrai Waterfall. Follow the road signs towards Khok Yai. The distance is about 6 km and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours on foot. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water as the path can be steep and uneven in places.
