    If you are in Mae Hong Son town, start at the Mae Hong Son Fresh Market, which is centrally located. From the market, head south on the main road (Highway 1095) for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and restaurants on your way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Pai District Road. Turn left onto Pai District Road. Keep walking for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Wat Luang as you approach, and the temple will be on your right side. The walk should take about 45 minutes to an hour.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    To get to Wat Luang by tuk-tuk from Mae Hong Son town, find a tuk-tuk stand near the center of town, close to the Mae Hong Son Fresh Market. Negotiate with the driver to take you to Wat Luang. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Make sure to let the driver know you want to go to Wat Luang, located at 230, 1095, Pai District.
