From the Clock Tower, head south on Thesaban 1 Road for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Chao Fa Road. Turn left onto Chao Fa Road and continue for another 1.5 km until you reach the Pak Nakhon area. Look for a small sign indicating Phuphan Garden on your right. The garden is located at 103, 24 Pak Nakhon, Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat District. It should take you roughly 30 minutes to walk from the Clock Tower.
