Songthaew
From anywhere in Jomtien Beach, look for a songthaew (a shared taxi truck) that is heading towards 'Pattaya'. You can flag one down on the main road (Sukhumvit Road) by simply waving your hand. The fare is typically around 10-20 THB. Once you are on the songthaew, inform the driver you want to go to Soi Welcome Beach. The driver will drop you off at the closest point to the soi, which is just a short walk away.

Walking
After being dropped off near the entrance of Soi Welcome Beach, you will need to walk a short distance. Head down Soi Welcome Beach, which is located opposite the TTB Bank and near 7-Eleven. Continue walking until you reach the beach area. The walk should take no more than 5-10 minutes.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops along Jomtien Beach. Rental costs usually range from 50-100 THB per day. Cycle towards the southern end of Jomtien Beach, then turn onto Soi Welcome Beach. It’s a pleasant ride that will allow you to explore the area at your own pace.
