These songthaews typically run along the main routes and will stop to pick up passengers. Once you get on, inform the driver of your destination. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and you can ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Wat Phra Yai.

If you prefer a quicker and more direct route, you can opt for a motorbike taxi. Find a designated motorbike taxi stand, which are often located near hotels or busy intersections. Tell the driver you want to go to Wat Phra Yai (you can show them the address: 384 Regent Soi 2). The ride will take around 10 minutes, and it’s a more adventurous way to navigate through the traffic.

If you are staying relatively close to Wat Phra Yai, you can also walk there. Begin by heading towards the beach road and then take a left onto Soi 2. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Regent Soi 2. Turn right, and you will see the entrance to Wat Phra Yai on your left. The walk may take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
