These buses usually have 'Phuket Town' written on them and will cost around 30-50 THB. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Phuket Town, get off at the main bus terminal. From the bus terminal, walk towards the south along Phang Nga Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Yaowarat Road. Turn left at the intersection, and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will see Museum Phuket (Phuket Nagara) on your right side.
