Dolphin Circle is located at W74X+G25, Pa Tong, Kathu District, which will be on your left.

Tuk-Tuk

For a quicker option, you can take a tuk-tuk from your location in Patong. Simply ask the driver to take you to Dolphin Circle (W74X+G25, Pa Tong, Kathu District). The fare should be around 100-200 THB depending on your starting point. Make sure to negotiate the price before the ride.
