If you are in the center of Ranong, start at the Ranong Clock Tower. Head south on Thanon Ratchadamnoen for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Thanon Chao Fa. Turn left onto Thanon Chao Fa and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Look for signs that direct you towards Bang Rin. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach Bang Rin; continue straight. The Big Statue of Buddha is located on a hill to your right. You will see the statue from a distance, and you can follow the pathway leading up to it.

Public Transport (Songthaew)
From the Ranong Bus Station, take a songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Bang Rin. You can find songthaews parked outside the bus station. Make sure to tell the driver your destination, 'Big Statue of Buddha.' The fare is usually around 20-30 THB. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Bang Rin, you may need to walk a short distance to the statue. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions if needed.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local shop in the city center. Start at the intersection of Thanon Ratchadamnoen and Thanon Chao Fa. Cycle south along Thanon Ratchadamnoen for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Thanon Chao Fa. Continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Bang Rin. As you approach Bang Rin, look for signs that lead you to the Big Statue of Buddha. The path will lead you directly to the statue, which is visible from several points along the way.
