Getting there

Walk

If you are staying in central Ranong, start your journey by walking towards the Ranong Pier, which is about 1.5 kilometers from the town center. Head south on Phetkasem Road until you reach the waterfront. From the pier, continue along the waterfront until you find a sign pointing towards Chan Damri Beach.

Tuk-Tuk

From the central area of Ranong, you can take a tuk-tuk directly to Chan Damri Beach. Negotiate the fare with the driver (it should be around 50-100 THB). The driver will take you along the local roads, and you will pass by the Pak Nam Market as you head towards the beach. The tuk-tuk will drop you off right near the entrance to the beach.

Motorbike Taxi

For a quicker option, find a motorbike taxi in the town center. The fare should be about 30-50 THB. Inform the driver that you want to go to Chan Damri Beach. They will take you through the local streets, and you will arrive in approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Public Transport

You can also take a local bus or songthaew that goes towards Pak Nam. Look for one that has a sign indicating it goes to the beach area. The fare is usually around 20-30 THB, and the ride will take about 20 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Chan Damri Beach.
