If you are in downtown Rayong, head to the main road (Sukhumvit Road). Look for a Songthaew (a shared pickup truck taxi) that is heading towards Sattahip. You can wave one down or wait at a designated Songthaew stop. The fare should be around 50-70 THB. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Royal Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Center. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Motorbike Taxi
From your location in Rayong, you can hire a motorbike taxi, which is a quick way to reach Sattahip. Find a motorbike taxi stand or ask your hotel to call one for you. The fare will depend on your starting point but expect to pay around 150-200 THB. The ride will take about 25-30 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver to take you to the Royal Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Center.

Head to the Rayong Bus Station and look for buses going to Sattahip. The buses to Sattahip leave every 30 minutes or so.
