Walking
If you are in the center of Satun, start by heading south on Thanon Phatthana. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Thanon Srisakdi. Turn left onto Thanon Srisakdi and walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus station at Satun Bus Terminal. From there, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) to Tanyong Po. The songthaew will take you towards Tanyong Po beach, and you should ask the driver to drop you off at Tanyong Po beach.
Public Transport
From the Satun Bus Terminal, look for a songthaew heading towards Tanyong Po. These vehicles typically wait at the terminal, and you may need to ask around to find the right one. The fare is usually inexpensive (around 20-30 THB). Once on the songthaew, it will take you directly to Tanyong Po beach. Make sure to let the driver know your destination, and they will drop you off close to the beach entrance.
Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle in Satun. There are several rental shops near the city center. Once you have your bicycle, head south on Thanon Phatthana towards Thanon Srisakdi. Continue on this road for about 4 kilometers until you reach Tanyong Po beach. This route is scenic and will give you a chance to enjoy the local environment. Be cautious of traffic and follow local cycling rules.
