Getting there

Car

If you're traveling by car, start your journey from any location in Southern Thailand and head towards Phuket. Use Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) and follow the signs towards Phuket. Once you reach the island, continue onto Route 402. After entering Phuket Town, follow the signs to Wichit. Take Patiphat Road, and you will find Khao Rang at 145/5 Patiphat Rd, Tambon Wichit, Mueang Phuket District. There is parking available nearby.

Bus

For those using public transportation, take a bus from your current location to Phuket Town. Buses run frequently from major cities in Southern Thailand, such as Krabi, Surat Thani, and Hat Yai. Upon arriving at the Phuket Bus Terminal, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) or tuk-tuk directly to Khao Rang. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you at Patiphat Road in Wichit. The fare for the songthaew is typically around 30-50 THB.

Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Phuket Town to Khao Rang. Taxis are readily available, and the journey will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare should be negotiated beforehand or can be around 200-300 THB. Ensure that the driver knows the exact location at 145/5 Patiphat Rd.

Motorbike Rental

Another popular option is to rent a motorbike for the day. Many rental shops are available in Phuket Town, and prices typically range from 150-300 THB per day. After renting, follow the same route as mentioned for cars, heading towards Khao Rang via Patiphat Road. This option offers flexibility and the chance to explore the area at your leisure.
