To reach เกาะรูปหัวใจ (Heart-shaped Island), start from the Trang town center and make your way to the Kantang Pier. You can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) or a tuk-tuk to Kantang Pier, which is approximately 25 kilometers away and takes about 30-40 minutes. Once at the pier, look for local long-tail boats that operate regularly to the island. Ensure to negotiate the price and confirm the return trip schedule with the boat operator.

From Trang town, head to the bus station and take a bus heading towards Kantang District. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes.
