From Trat, head to the main bus terminal located near the center of town. Look for a local bus or minivan heading to Koh Chang. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Lonely Beach. The bus will drop you off at the entrance to the beach area.

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
At the Trat bus terminal, you can also find songthaews waiting for passengers. These shared taxis are usually waiting for travelers and will take you to Koh Chang. You may need to share the ride with other passengers. Make sure to specify Lonely Beach when boarding. The ride will take around 45 minutes.

Ferry
Once you arrive on Koh Chang, head to the ferry terminal to catch a boat from Trat to Koh Chang (if you haven’t taken a bus directly). The ferry ride lasts about 30 minutes. After arriving at Koh Chang, you can catch a songthaew or taxi to Lonely Beach, which will take another 20-30 minutes.
