If you are in the downtown area of Freeport, start at the International Bazaar. Head north on East Mall Drive until you reach the intersection with the Queen's Highway. Cross the highway and continue straight onto Sunrise Highway. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the vicinity of Marco City Heroes' Park, located at G8FG+9G, Freeport. Look for the park entrance on your left.
