Bahamian Mixology Experience at John Watling Distillery
Do this tour!
This class was so much fun and educational! Our instructors, Iesha, was very knowledgeable and made the class entertaining! My sister and I did this class together and we were both very impressed with the class setup and thought it was really well done. We appreciated the short PowerPoint in the beginning and liked the mats set up for each cocktail and the time to relax on the patio and enjoy our drinks while the next cocktail was set up. The drinks themselves were very tasty and we're excited to try the recipes at home with our cute recipe card!

This was the most wonderful girls night we could have ever asked for! Seannette, Erika + team were so incredibly accomodating to our large group, and we had the best time learning about Bahamian culture and how to make snapper, cracked conch, plantains, and peas and rice!! We will be dreaming about the citrus sauce for a LONG time! This tour was so accomodating and wonderful - easy pickup and wonderful communication. My family already wants to do this again next year!!

Bottle Your Own Rum Experience at John Watling’s Distillery
Why is the rum gone?
What a fun experience! My friend and I are typically bourbon and scotch collectors and thought adding a bit of the Caribbean to our bars would be a fun idea. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time and got a small private tour of the distillery with great information about John Watling, the pious pirate. We then met Timmy for our bottling experience. Definitely getting a place of honor in my collection. Don't forget to do a tasting after and grab a few bottles to take home.
