    Start your journey from the main Bakau market area. Head towards the main road (Kairaba Avenue) and walk north until you reach the junction with the bridge leading to Banjul. Continue straight, and you will see the bridge ahead. Cross the bridge, enjoying the views of the river. Once in Banjul, follow the signs directing you to the city center. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Liberation Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the corner of the street where you will see Banjul Central Mosque on your left.

  • Public Transport (Kekeh)

    From Bakau, make your way to the nearest Kekeh (shared taxi) stop. Board a Kekeh heading to Banjul (they're usually marked with destinations). Inform the driver you want to go to Banjul Central Mosque. The ride will take you through the Bakau region and drop you off close to the mosque. Once you get off, walk towards the mosque, which should be a short distance ahead on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from Bakau and cycle towards the Kairaba Avenue. Head north until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge, and then continue straight into Banjul. Once in Banjul, follow Liberation Avenue and look for directional signs towards the central mosque. The mosque will be on your left side as you approach the city center.
