River cruise & monkey park
Here’s the updated review including the **sunset cruise** and the guide’s monkey-spotting skills: --- We absolutely loved the **Monkey Park and river cruise at Lamin Lodge**, including the beautiful **sunset cruise** – it was honestly one of the best things we have done. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Our tour guide knew all the little tricks to help us see the monkeys and made the visit really fun and memorable. The trip was very well organised, and we felt safe and well looked after throughout. The scenery on the river cruise was stunning, especially at sunset, and it was such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. This was truly a highlight of our holiday and we would highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

Got it — here’s the revised review with **no quads mentioned** and including the part about doing three tours: --- We had an amazing time on the 4-wheeler tour visiting the school, wood factory, crocodile park, paradise beach for lunch and a local compound. It was a really interesting and eye-opening experience, and everything was very well organised. Our guide was lovely — very kind, knowledgeable and always made sure we were safe, comfortable and well looked after. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. We actually did three tours with Black & White, and every single one of them was brilliant. They are very reliable, very kind, and we would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Makasutu Culture Forest full-day tour
The guides were very knowledgable about Gambia, and the Forest itself. I loved the 30 min boat trip. The birds along the river were spectacular. The food was very nice too. I was disappointed not to see any baboons, although I know that’s nobody’s fault. I didn’t like the fact that our small group of 6 was taken to two craft markets throughout the day, making us feel pressured into buying things. One market would have been enough
