Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Janjanbureh, which is a central location in the Central River Region. Take the Banjul-Ker Jarga highway (also known as the N1) heading east. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Ker Samba. Follow the signs to the village of Ker Samba, and as you enter the village, look for the sign for the Ker Batch Stone Circles, which is located just off the main road. Parking is available near the site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a 'Geleh' (shared taxi) from Janjanbureh to the village of Ker Samba. You can find Geleh taxis at the local taxi stand. The fare is around 50-100 Dalasi per person, depending on the demand. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ker Samba and ask them to drop you off at the entrance to the village. From there, it is a short walk to the stone circles, which are clearly marked.
Walking
If you are already in Ker Samba, the stone circles are within walking distance. From the village center, head towards the main road and follow the signs pointing to the stone circles. It is about a 15-minute walk, so wear comfortable shoes. You can also ask locals for directions if you're unsure.
