If you're traveling by car from central Foni Kansala, head south on the main road towards Serrekunda. Follow the road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout, continuing on the main road for another 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Monkey Forest. Turn right at the sign and follow the road until you reach the entrance of Monkey Forest. Be aware of local traffic rules and conditions.
Public Transportation (Bush Taxi)
To reach Monkey Forest via public transport, look for a bush taxi heading towards Serrekunda. Board the taxi at a designated taxi stand in Foni Kansala. The fare is typically around 20 to 30 Dalasi. Inform the driver you are going to Monkey Forest as they can drop you off at the nearest point. Once you get off, follow the signs to the entrance, which is about a 10-minute walk from where the bush taxi leaves you. Make sure to check the schedule for return taxis as they may not run frequently.
