Walking

From the center of Soma, head east towards the main road (the A1). Once you reach the A1, turn left and continue walking along the road. Keep an eye out for local signs and landmarks. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Here, look for signs pointing towards Bureng. Turn right onto the road leading to Bureng. Continue on this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Bureng. As you enter Bureng, ask locals for directions to Jabang, as it is a known hiking area. The final destination is located at CMVQ+8R5 in Bureng, which is about 1 kilometer from the center of Bureng. Follow any local paths or trails to reach Jabang.

Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Soma and head east to the A1 road. Turn left onto the A1 and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. At the junction, turn right toward Bureng. The road to Bureng is relatively flat, and you can cycle comfortably for about 3 kilometers. As you approach Bureng, you can ask locals for directions to Jabang. The final stretch is approximately 1 kilometer along local paths to reach the hiking area at CMVQ+8R5.

Public Transport

From the center of Soma, look for a local 'gelli-gelli' (shared taxi) heading towards Bureng. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Bureng. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive in Bureng, ask locals for directions to Jabang, as it is a popular hiking area. You may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer from the drop-off point to reach Jabang, located at CMVQ+8R5.
