After crossing the border into Senegal, you will follow the signs to Fathala Lodge. The lodge is situated at coordinates 13.6291° N, 16.4615° W, which should guide you as you approach the final destination. Note that there may be a border crossing fee, typically around 1,000 GMD (Gambian Dalasi).

    To reach Fathala Lodge using public transportation, start at the main transport hub in Jarra West. Look for a bush taxi heading towards Farafenni. The fare is usually around 150 GMD. Once you arrive in Farafenni, you will need to catch another bush taxi that goes to the border crossing into Senegal. This fare is approximately 200 GMD. After crossing the border, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Fathala Lodge.
