Car
If you are driving from central Kanifing, start by heading west on Kairaba Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the junction at the end of the avenue. Turn left onto the road that leads towards Banjul. Follow this road for approximately 10 kilometers. When you approach the city of Banjul, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Arch 22. As you get closer, you will see Arch 22 on your right side, prominently standing at the entrance to the city. You can park in nearby designated areas.

To reach Arch 22 using public transport, head to the nearest 'car park' (local bus station) in Kanifing. Look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Banjul. When you board, inform the driver that you want to go to Arch 22. The journey should take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Banjul, ask the driver to drop you off near Arch 22. From there, it’s a short walk to the landmark, which will be visible from a distance.
