Walking
From the center of Lamin, start by heading south towards the main road, Brikama Highway. Once you reach the Brikama Highway, turn left (east) and follow the road. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Abuko Nature Reserve on your right. The entrance is accessible from the highway, and you will see the main gate.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, begin at the center of Lamin and head south to Brikama Highway. Turn left onto the highway and cycle along it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating Abuko Nature Reserve on your right. The entrance is well marked and can be easily accessed from the road.

Public Transport (Mini-bus)
To take a mini-bus (also known as a 'gelli-gelli'), go to the nearest bus stop in Lamin. Board any mini-bus heading towards Brikama. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Abuko Nature Reserve stop. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you disembark, follow the path to the entrance of the reserve, which is located a short distance from where you will be dropped off.
