Walking
From the center of Serrekunda, head west towards the main road (Kairaba Avenue). Walk along Kairaba Avenue until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Bijilo (look for signs directing to Bijilo National Park). Turn onto this road and continue straight. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see the entrance to Bijilo National Park on your right. The park is well-marked, so you should have no trouble finding it.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Serrekunda. Start on Kairaba Avenue and pedal westward. When you reach the intersection with the road to Bijilo, turn right and continue cycling along this road. The entrance to Bijilo National Park will be on your right after about 1.5 kilometers. Public Transport (Banjul Ngala)
Take a local shared taxi (bush taxi) from the main taxi park in Serrekunda. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Bijilo. Once you arrive at the junction, exit the taxi and walk down the road towards Bijilo National Park. The entrance will be on your right after about 1.5 kilometers. Be sure to confirm the location with locals if needed.
