Walking
From the center of Soma, head towards the main road (the B1 highway) that leads to Serrekunda. Follow the path toward the highway, and walk along the side of the road heading west. This will take you through some local areas where you can experience the community. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will reach a bus stop where shared taxis and minivans often stop.

Shared Taxi
At the bus stop, look for a shared taxi (also called 'geli-geli') heading to Serrekunda. You can ask the drivers for a ride to 'Bijilo National Park' or just to 'Serrekunda,' as the park is located near this area. The fare is usually affordable, and the ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Serrekunda, ask the driver to drop you off near the entrance to Bijilo National Park.

Walking
After getting dropped off in Serrekunda, you may need to walk a short distance to the park entrance. Head towards the coordinates C7H9+CCX (you can use Google Maps for reference). Walk straight for about 10-15 minutes until you see the entrance sign for Bijilo National Park. The area is well-marked, and you can ask locals for directions if needed.
