From Ainaro town center, head northwest on the main road (Ainaro to Dili Road) for approximately 15 km. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating Mota Kilelo. You will see a small turnoff to the right near the location coordinates (XFWV+J5). Follow this road for about 2 km until you reach Mota Kilelo. Make sure to drive cautiously as the road can be narrow and winding.
Public Transportation
Start from Ainaro Central Market, where you can catch a local bus or shared taxi (also known as 'microlet'). Take a vehicle heading towards Dili and inform the driver that you want to get off at the turnoff for Mota Kilelo. This trip will take about 20-30 minutes, and the fare is typically around $1-2. Once you reach the turnoff, you will need to walk about 2 km on foot to reach Mota Kilelo.

If you are in Ainaro and prefer to walk, start from the main square and head northwest on the Ainaro to Dili road. It is about a 17 km walk to Mota Kilelo, so prepare accordingly with water and snacks. The walk will take approximately 4-5 hours.
