From Dili city center, head east on Avenida da Liberdade towards the coast. Continue on Avenida da Liberdade until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenida Presidente Nicolau Lobato. Continue straight until you reach the Tasi Tolu roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenida de Portugal. Continue on Avenida de Portugal until you reach the Dollar Beach sign on your right. Follow the sign to reach One Dollar Beach.

Public Transportation
Take a microlet (minibus) from Dili city center heading towards Cristo Rei. Get off at the Tasi Tolu roundabout. From there, you can either walk or hire a taxi to take you to One Dollar Beach. Follow the signs along Avenida de Portugal to reach the beach.
