After approximately 3.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Dili. Continue on this road until you reach the outskirts of Dili, where you will transition onto Avenida de Dili. Follow this road for another 2 kilometers until you reach the Largo de Lecidere, which will be on your right. Pay attention to the local landmarks to ensure you're on the right path.
