Walking
From the center of Ermera, head east towards the main road (Avenida da Liberdade). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de Portugal. Turn left onto Avenida de Portugal and follow this road as it winds through the local neighborhoods. Look for signs directing you to Dili. After approximately 3.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Dili. Continue on this road until you reach the outskirts of Dili, where you will transition onto Avenida de Dili. Follow this road for another 2 kilometers until you reach the Largo de Lecidere, which will be on your right. Pay attention to the local landmarks to ensure you're on the right path.
Public Transport (Bus)
Start at the main bus terminal in Ermera. Look for a bus heading towards Dili. Buses are typically frequent, but check the schedule for the latest departures. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride to Dili, which takes about 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the 'Largo de Lecidere' stop, which is well-known among locals. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes towards the park, following the main road signs. Ask locals if you're unsure of the direction.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Ermera and head toward Avenida da Liberdade. Continue straight on this road, following the signs to Dili. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour depending on your speed. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay hydrated. Once you reach Dili, navigate towards Avenida de Dili and look for the signs for Largo de Lecidere. The park will be on your right after a short ride through the city.
