After another kilometer, you will see a sign for Tais Market on your right. Follow that path, and after 500 meters, you will arrive at Tais Market.

The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive in Dili, get off at the nearest stop to the market, which is usually near the main road. From there, walk about 10 minutes towards the market, following the signs.
