From Matebian Mountain, head northwest towards the town of Baucau. You will follow the main road (Avenue P. Mendes) for approximately 20 kilometers. Once you reach Baucau, look for signs leading to Beaco. Continue on the road for another 10 kilometers until you reach the junction near Beaco where you will see a sign for Beaco Mud Vulcano. Turn left and follow the unpaved road for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the vulcano. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.

Start at the main bus terminal in Matebian Mountain. Take a bus heading towards Baucau. The fare will typically be around 1-2 USD. Upon reaching Baucau, you may need to take a mototaxi (motorcycle taxi) to Beaco, which should cost around 5 USD. Inform the driver that you want to go to Beaco Mud Vulcano. The journey from Baucau to Beaco takes about 20 minutes. Once you reach Beaco, follow the signs towards the vulcano which is about 1 kilometer down an unpaved road.
