If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major city, Sokodé. Head south on the N1 road towards Tchaoudjo. After about 20 km, turn left onto the D15 road. Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the village of Likpe Bakwa. Look for signs directing you to Cascade de Yikpa. The final stretch to the waterfall may require a short drive on a dirt road, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for this terrain. Parking is usually available near the entrance to the walking path that leads to the waterfall.

To reach Cascade de Yikpa using public transportation, take a shared taxi (sept-place) from Sokodé towards Tchaoudjo. Inform the driver that you want to go to Likpe Bakwa. The journey takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on road conditions. Once you arrive in Likpe Bakwa, you can hire a local motorcycle taxi (zemidjan) to take you to the waterfall entrance. Expect to pay around 1,000-2,000 CFA for the motorcycle taxi ride. Be sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
