If you're driving from the center of Lake Togo Area, head northwest on the main road towards Lomé. Continue on the main road until you reach the roundabout near the airport. Take the exit towards Agbalepedogan. Follow the signs for Agbalepedogan, and after about 10 minutes, you will arrive at C2L - Centre de Lecture et de Loisirs located at 16 BP 584, Lomé. Ensure you have cash or a credit card for any potential tolls or parking fees which may be applicable in the area.

To reach C2L using public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) from the main taxi-brousse station in Lake Togo to Lomé. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Agbalepedogan area. From the drop-off point, you can either walk for about 15 minutes towards the address 16 BP 584, or you can catch a local taxi for a short ride. Be prepared to pay a small fare for the taxi, generally around 500 to 1000 CFA Francs.

If you're already in Agbalepedogan, you can walk to C2L. From the Agbalepedogan market, head east on Rue de la Plage until you reach the main road. Turn left and continue walking for about 10 minutes. C2L will be on your right at 16 BP 584, Lomé. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the sidewalks might be uneven.
