Car
From Lake Togo, head northeast on the main road towards the town of Tsévié. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction towards the Ghana border. At this junction, follow the signs for Likpe Bakwa. After crossing into Ghana, stay on the road for about 15 kilometers until you reach the vicinity of 4J35+XX, Likpe Bakwa. Look for signs or local guidance to direct you to cascade de Yikpa, which is near this location.

Take a shared taxi or minibus from the Lake Togo area to Tsévié. The fare is typically around 1,500 CFA. Once in Tsévié, find a taxi or a shared vehicle heading towards the Ghana border, which should cost around 2,000 CFA. Upon crossing into Ghana, you can catch another shared taxi to Likpe Bakwa. Expect to pay around 3,000 CFA for this leg of the journey. After arriving in Likpe Bakwa, ask locals for directions to cascade de Yikpa, which is a popular tourist destination in the area.

If you are already in Likpe Bakwa, cascade de Yikpa is accessible by foot. From the center of the village, head east following the path that leads towards the hills. The hike may take about 30-45 minutes. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water, as the trail can be steep and rocky.
