    From the center of Lomé, head to the busy Avenue de la République. You can start from the popular landmark, Place de la République, which is a good meeting point. Once at Avenue de la République, walk towards the direction of the ocean. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue Namoute. At this intersection, turn left onto Rue Namoute. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will see Cimetière de Bassadji on your right side.

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the central market (Marché de Lomé). From the market, bike towards Avenue de la République. Once you reach Avenue de la République, head towards the ocean, cycling straight for approximately 800 meters. At the intersection with Rue Namoute, make a left turn. Continue biking down Rue Namoute for about 300 meters, and Cimetière de Bassadji will be on your right side.
