Car
If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to Lomé city center. From there, head towards Avenue des Nations Unies. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la République. Turn left onto Boulevard de la République and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. The Musée National will be on your right side. Parking is available nearby but may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
To reach the Musée National using public transportation, locate a taxi or a shared taxi (often called 'zémidjan') in the Lomé city center. Ask the driver to take you to the Musée National or give them the address: Lomé. The fare should be around 500-1000 CFA Francs depending on your starting point. Once you arrive, the museum will be easily recognizable.
Walking
If you’re already in the vicinity of the Musée National, you can easily walk there. From a nearby landmark such as the Independence Monument, head east along Avenue des Nations Unies for about 1 kilometer. Continue straight until you reach Boulevard de la République, then turn right. The museum will be on your right after a short walk.
