To reach the Aripo Caves Trailhead using public transportation, take a maxi taxi heading towards Arima from Port of Spain. Disembark at Aripo Road's junction with the Eastern Main Road. From there, you can either walk approximately 2 kilometers along Aripo Road towards the caves or catch a local taxi for a small fee (approximately TT$10). The trailhead will be on your right, just past a small clearing.
