From the Asa Wright Nature Centre, start by exiting the main building and heading down the path that leads towards the entrance of the centre. Once you reach the main road (North Coast Road), turn left and continue walking along the road. Be cautious as the road can have traffic. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the right fork towards Blanchisseuse, which is a scenic route. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the parking area near the Mystery Pool trailhead.

If you are driving from Asa Wright Nature Centre, exit the centre and turn left onto the North Coast Road. Drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers, then take the right fork towards Blanchisseuse. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you see parking options available near the Mystery Pool trailhead. Be sure to park in designated areas to avoid penalties.

To reach Mystery Pool using public transportation, you can take a taxi or a minibus (commonly known as a 'maxi taxi') from the Asa Wright Nature Centre to Blanchisseuse. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Blanchisseuse, you may need to hire a local guide or taxi to take you to the Mystery Pool trailhead, as public transport does not go directly there.
