Car
From Tunapuna, head northeast on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (Highway 2). Continue for about 10 minutes until you reach the exit for the Eastern Main Road (Highway 3) towards Arima. Follow the signs for Arima and merge onto Eastern Main Road. Continue on Eastern Main Road for approximately 5 minutes, then turn left onto Heights of Guanapo Road. After about 2 km, you will reach the entrance to Guanapo Gorges. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Guanapo Gorges via public transportation, start by taking a taxi or a bus from Tunapuna to Arima. Look for a bus heading to Arima on the Eastern Main Road. Once you arrive in Arima, you will need to take a taxi or a 'maxi taxi' (shared taxi) towards Heights of Guanapo Road. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the entrance of the Gorges. The total cost for the bus from Tunapuna to Arima is approximately TT$5-10, and the taxi or maxi taxi ride from Arima to Guanapo Gorges will be around TT$20-30.

If you are already near Heights of Guanapo Road, you can reach the gorges on foot. Starting from the nearest bus stop or taxi drop-off, walk along Heights of Guanapo Road, following the signs to the gorges. Be prepared for a short hike to fully explore the area once you arrive.
