Getting There

Car
If you're driving from Buccoo Reef, head east on the Buccoo Bay Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Mount Pleasant Road. Turn left onto Mount Pleasant Road and follow it for approximately 3 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the way to Mount Dillon. As you approach Mount Dillon, keep an eye out for the Unnamed Road, which leads to the Top of the World viewpoint. Drive along this road until you reach the coordinates 778V+MXG, where you'll find parking available.

Public Transportation
To reach Top of the World using public transport, you can take a taxi or a maxi taxi from Buccoo Reef to Mount Pleasant. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction of Mount Pleasant Road. From there, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers along Mount Pleasant Road until you reach the Unnamed Road that leads to Top of the World. Be sure to confirm with your driver about the best drop-off point. Expect to pay around TT$10-15 for the maxi taxi fare.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from Buccoo Reef and head towards the Buccoo Bay Road. Walk east until you reach Mount Pleasant Road. From there, turn left and continue walking for about 3 kilometers. Once you reach the junction for Unnamed Road, follow it up to Top of the World. Note that this walk can take over an hour, so be prepared with water and comfortable shoes.
