Car
From Caroni, head east on the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway (Highway 2) towards Sangre Grande. Continue on the highway for approximately 30 km. Take the exit onto the Toco Main Road (Highway 3) towards Toco. After around 12 km, turn left onto the Nariva Road. Follow this road straight for about 5 km, and then you will arrive at the entrance to Nariva Swamp. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Nariva Swamp using public transportation, take a taxi or minibus from Caroni to Sangre Grande. The fare is approximately TT$15-20. Once you arrive in Sangre Grande, you can catch another taxi or minibus heading towards Toco. This will cost you around TT$10-15. Once you reach Toco, ask the driver to drop you at Nariva Road, where you can walk to the entrance of Nariva Swamp, which is approximately a 1 km walk from the main road.
