Car
From Edith Falls, head northwest on the main road towards Mount Pleasant. Continue on this road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach a junction. At the junction, take a left turn onto the road that leads to Scotland Bay. Follow this road for another 5 minutes until you arrive at the entrance to Scotland Bay, which is located at P83P+VW, Mount Pleasant. There is no parking fee, but be mindful of any local regulations.

If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a minibus or taxi from Edith Falls to Mount Pleasant. Look for a minibus heading in the direction of Mount Pleasant, and confirm with the driver that they will drop you near Scotland Bay. The fare is usually around TT$10. Once you arrive in Mount Pleasant, you may need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Scotland Bay, following the main road. Keep an eye out for local signs to guide you.

For those who are adventurous and enjoy walking, you can trek from Edith Falls to Scotland Bay. The walk is approximately 5 kilometers long and will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Start by following the main road towards Mount Pleasant. Keep to the side of the road for safety, and enjoy the scenic views. Once you reach the junction in Mount Pleasant, take the left fork and continue until you see the signs for Scotland Bay. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
