Car
If you're driving from Nariva, head southwest on the Eastern Main Road (Route 1) towards Sangre Grande. Continue for about 15 km until you reach the junction with the Toco Main Road. Turn left onto Toco Main Road and follow it for approximately 25 km. Look for signs for Las Cuevas Beach, and make a right turn onto Las Cuevas Road. The beach will be on your left after about 2 km.

Public Transportation
Take a taxi or a minibus from Nariva to Sangre Grande. From Sangre Grande, you can catch another minibus heading towards Toco. Inform the driver that you wish to stop at Las Cuevas Beach. The journey may take around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the traffic. Ensure that you have small bills for the fare, which typically costs around $10 TTD from Nariva to Sangre Grande and an additional $10 TTD from Sangre Grande to Las Cuevas Beach.
