Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from Pitch Lake, start by heading east on La Brea Link Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction with the Southern Main Road (Highway 2). Turn left onto the Southern Main Road and continue driving for approximately 7 km. You should see signs directing you to San Fernando. Once in San Fernando, follow the signs to San Fernando Hill, which is located at 7GJV+RC7, San Fernando. Note that parking is available near the entrance of the hill.

• Public Transportation

  To reach San Fernando Hill using public transportation, you can take a maxi taxi from Pitch Lake. Head to the nearest maxi taxi stand and look for a taxi heading to San Fernando (usually labeled with 'San Fernando' in the front). The fare is approximately $5-$10 TT dollars. Once you arrive in San Fernando, you can take a short walk or catch a local taxi to San Fernando Hill, located at 7GJV+RC7. Keep an eye out for directional signs and ask locals for guidance if needed.

• Walking

  If you're in San Fernando and would like to walk to the hill after arriving via public transportation, it's about a 20-30 minute walk. From the San Fernando market area, head east on High Street, then turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway until you reach the entrance to San Fernando Hill. The walk is mostly flat and offers a chance to see local life along the way.
