If you are traveling by car from Pitch Lake, start by heading north on SS Erin Road. Continue driving for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Point Fortin Main Road. Turn left onto Point Fortin Main Road and drive for about 6 kilometers. You will eventually reach Point Fortin. Look for signs directing you to Southern Gardens Park, which will be located on your right side. Parking is available near the park entrance.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a taxi or a maxi taxi from Pitch Lake to Point Fortin. Look for maxi taxis heading towards Point Fortin at designated taxi stands. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes and will cost around 10-15 TTD. Once you arrive in Point Fortin, you can ask the driver to drop you off near Southern Gardens Park or follow the directions above to walk to the park, which is just a short distance away from the main road.

If you are already in Point Fortin and prefer to walk, from the main town center, head south on Point Fortin Main Road. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Southern Gardens Road. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see Southern Gardens Park on your left. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the walk can take around 15-20 minutes.
