From the center of Princes Town, head north on High Street towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Southern Main Road. Take a left onto the Southern Main Road and walk for approximately 15 minutes. You will pass local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Sangre Grande. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the bus stop for Sangre Grande on the right side of the road.

At the bus stop for Sangre Grande, look for a bus with 'Sangre Grande' displayed on its front. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Sangre Grande, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Manzanilla Beach. After you get off, walk east for about 10 minutes along the main road until you see signs for Manzanilla Beach on your left.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from the center of Princes Town. Head to a nearby taxi stand or flag one down. Inform the driver you want to go to Manzanilla Beach in Sangre Grande. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off at the beach entrance.
